Interesting position for small businesses at the moment. They're saying to prepare for COVID level issues again with shortages and travel restrictions - this will have a HUGE impact on our small businesses! Are you prepared?
Share any words of wisdom for other business owners below that might help someone else be prepared.
My words of advice would be to tighten spending where possible and have an open conversation with your employees - not a memo or a lecture, actually facilitate a two way conversation where you hear their concerns and struggles in the current climate to learn how you can work together. Keep calm and stay positive; fear is contagious and dangerous!
